The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood. There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day.   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor.   This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean.   It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ijust stopped by over night during my travel home, and it was veryrelaxing.
