  From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We were shown to our room which was perfect in every way spacious comfortable clean it ticked all the boxes. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people. Excellent and would stay again whenever back in London. Location is very close to train station to train ride to central London very convenient. Bre - The service was brilliant. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful. There was free parking which was important to us too.
