  An excellent experience and this what a hotel should be like. Staff is excellent and never experienced better treatment even from higher starred hotels. Very friendly and helpful people.   All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer.   I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough £200!
