Hotel was nice and clean, both public areas and the room. Room more spacious than most. Good leisure facilities. Enjoyable meals. - Lovely hotel with atmosphere and character. Children loved the pool and the outlook of our room was restful. Impressed with Barcelo chain and took brochure for further stays with the company.

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room.
The views were excellent and the facilities at the hotel were great.

The service was the best I've experienced anywhere.
Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better.
The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed.

Service was second to none.
Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard.
Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining.
Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu.
All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!
I would highly recommend the romantic roads for couples and Broadway Tower especially! A fantastic way to explore the surrounding areas, scenery you will be speechless about!

The hotel has retained all original features and is a credit to the hotel chain, a fantastic hotel with superb grounds. - The lovely grounds, very well kept. The food and ambience of Moretons restaurant.The swimming pool.

The environment of both the location and the standard of the design and build. We wre upgraded to executive rooms, which were fabulous.
Our room had wondeful facilities including down pillows and duvets which were so comfartable.

Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc -

Considerate, affable and accommodating staff were present throughout the hotel, from reception to the restauarant. The hotel was offering discounted rooms, which I took advantage of. It's a Hilton and the service was everything I expected, including staff who addressed you by name. - Peace and quiet in great surroundings!!

We liked the beautiful grounds and the obvious level of care that goes into them. The room was spacious as was the bathroom - lovely toiletries and facilities in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. From the minute we checked in, the service was friendly, polite, simply wonderful. We booked a better room (3 stories) which felt like a mini hideaway with the bathroom spread over one floor with the most delectable products. The bed and bedding was Devine and hard to leave! Dinner that evening also surpassed our expectations and the crab bisque was one of the best I've ever had. Truly the best break from London imaginable and we can't wait to go back!
