Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

  The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). We stayed in one of the garden rooms which had recently been refurbished - it was lovely.   We had a room with an amazing see view. Apart from a few scuffs on walls and doors caused by careless guests the room was great. The hotel staff couldn't do enough for us and went out of their way to accommodate our every need.
