However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

the games room, we used the most.there was a very gfood singer, that was not really our thing, but everyone else seemed to like it , and we could enjoy it,but still play pool etc in the annex off from it, so it was well thought out - Very impressed by naveens hospitality and even upgraded myroom...nice one!

Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. This was a nice friendly local hotel - although the building and surroundings itself was not all that attractive the plants outside were nice and there had been a lot of thought btaken over the internal decorations, such as some nice artwork. The hotel was excellent and certainly lived up to it's description and reviews. Marion and Les (the owners) were very welcoming (the pot of tea on arrival was very much appreciated). The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast room was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more. Hotel was easy to find, great for parking, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff were first class, friendly and efficient. Food was very good with good range from bar snacks upwards, breakfast very good. Staff at golf Club friendly and helpful -
