Fantastic, friendly &professional staff. Excellent breakfast. One evening we tried the tasting menu which was amazing. 1) Receptionist we dealt with was fantastic from the moment we
arrived until the time we left. Nearly all of the staff we
encountered were lovely.
2) Mark Jordans food was exceptional both in terms of quality and (relative) value for money (we had the £65 3 course)
3) Location and views provided by hotel. Whilst it is a bit out of the way, it was lovely none the less

The hotel is very well situared, easy walking distance of the amenities etc, The rooms were a good size although we did find them too hot, we never had the heating on and had the window open at all times; this is not a criticism as I am sure other guests wouldnt complain. What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!!
We could go on - best thing to do is to go and try this hidden gem in the Chan

Excellent facilities, great service and good food. A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

La Haule Manor is impressive on first view. It is in a prime position along the seafront in St Aubins bay. The house is full of history and still privately owned. We were met on arrival with a glass of champagne. The manager could not do more for us & was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. He was there when my suitcase lock jammed, when another guest had tyre problems on his car & when a guest had a door lock stuck on her in the bathroom at midnight. Although only B&B that
