I booked this hotel on reading the reviews of other customers, and I was not disapointed. It was a very well run and friendly hotel, both management and staff went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely holiday, the food was suberb and good value for money,I don;t know how anyone can be unhappy with the breakfast as everything was on offer.

The location of this hotel was ideal for us, it was quiet and only 10 min walk down to the main shopping area. The room was larger than i was expecting as we only booked the standard. It was very comfortable place to stay. We did not use the restaurant, but if the breakfast is anything to go by, then it would be well worth it, we were out and about most of the day and tended to eat where we were.

we thought the hotel was fabulous, we were on a business trip, we loved the location my wife could walk to the shops. close to restaurants, bars. The Staff were so friendly, the breakfast staff were absolutely amazing friendly, professional and made you feel so welcome, we actually said at the time we haven't seen this service in a hotel for a while. The breakfast was excellent better than 5* hotels we have stayed in. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We took our dog & she was very welcomed. We were able to take her into the bar & restaurant. The staff are all very good & so was the food. There was a lot of it! It was really good value for money a little dated, but I think that's what keeps the price down 10 out of 10!

Good facilities, nice pool - quiet. Bus route right outside for easy access to town and within 20 min walking distance. Comfortable rooms. - the service was excellent and very quick.the staff were very friendly, eficant, and pollite.

Hotel was in a lovely location, easy to find.The staff were lovely and really helpful and obliging.
My friend and I had a lovely break and the beach was only a few minutes walk.

Runnymede were extremely accommodating when confirming my booking over the phone after i had booked the room online, there had been no record of my Daughter staying too and the Irish lady (didn't manage to get her name apologies) was extremely pleasant and helpful.

the excellent standard of the food and the quantity and variety. This was served by very attentive staff. the room was clean with adequate storage for clothes and the washing facilities were good plenty of hot water. there was no noise from other guests. I would rate it higher than the 2 star rating and comparing it to the hotel my sister was staying which was a three star we would say it was much more guest friendly nothing was too much trouble if information was requested.

Staff were helpful & friendly, the common rooms & bedroom were decent and well maintained. The hotel was correct value for money and I would stay there again. I usually stay in the centre of St Peter Port but in future I will enjoy a quieter location using taxi and/or my legs!

Excellent friendly staff service. Excellent food (we were only on B & B though). The adjoining bar/food/service was of equal high standard. We thought initially it was expensive - until you got your plate and thought "how the hell am I going to get through that"!! This was our second visit to this hotel it was excellent value.We had a large garden view room with en-suite. All staff very friendly and helpful going out of their way to please.Quiet location direct access to the beach.We will definitely revisit and recommend.
