  The bed was the most comfortable bed i've ever slept in!! I also asked if we could extend the check out by an hour which was no problem. - Service and helpfullness of staff.Good food.

  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it!   What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.

  The room was lovely with a very large, comfortable bed. The toiletries were good quality, and we had a good supply of tea making facilities and biscuits.   Lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had not checked that the bed in our room would have no foot-board (I am 6'3") but she changed it to one without quickly and without fuss. Whenever we passed reception we got a big smile. such things make a big difference. We would definitely stay at Saints Bay hotel again. - Fantastic staff, the chef whose food is amazing very kindly took myself and another hotel guest to the Airport and back early in the morning. The room I had was well equipped and a good size. A very friendly place to stay.
