Everything from the greeting from the staff at the reception to the layout and the quality of the room was excellent.
Hotel is in a great location and as the building was a former period university building all the rooms will all have slight variation in layout and views!

A comfortable hotel in great location ten minutes walk into centre of town but still quiet enough in the evenings.Attached bistro and wine bar underground was excellent and very easy when staying. Great selection of wines. Staff especially attentive and helpful -we recommend this one.

Using this form on my smart phone and in section 2 the ratings didn't have markers to show what each circle stood for. I marked the last circle in each category assuming it meant very good or excellent. We were very happy with the generously sized family room, access to the food court and staff. Was very handy for our trip to Cambridge and would use it again.

The old building was very well presented. The new pool area was lovely and warm and the sauna and steam rooms are the hottest I have ever been in. Enjoyed afternoon tea and relaxed. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. Breakfast was also fantastic an excellent time had by both of us. - Really lovely hotel. We stayed for a friends wedding that was held at the hotel. Would highly recommend. At £60 it is a stonking bargain!

Everything was 100% perfect for my stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful to my needs and requirements, the room was beautiful and very well equipped and the hotel in general was kept to an extremely high standard. I paid for four star, and I received four star. I would definitely stay there again and probably will sooner rather than later

Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Dinner in the restaurantwas very good and reasonably priced for a 4* hotel. I was a littlewary about what to expect having read other website feedback but foundthat our experience laid all doubts to rest and contradicted alladverse comments. - I liked the very helpful, friendly staff throughout the hotel

If the hotel management includes earl plugs in the complimentary service, do take their advice, as it can get quite loud on Saturday night. However, nothing beats the BBQ ribs and Raspberry Mojitos and staff is extremely friendly.
Stayed there second time and will again for sure.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, newly refurbed to very high standard, very good rates and great breakfast included was great value. The room was clean and area is quiet, good selection of tv channels and nice relaxing reception area with tv and bar.Definitely recommend. - Smoothe check in. Good facilities. Adequate breakfast. Only complaint
