Very clean and comfortable. Lovely well cooked breakfast and flexible for our needs as veggies and one of us not wanting a cooked breakfast. FRESH FRUIT which is always lovely. Very friendly owner without being intrusive - great recommendation for a local walk.

Excellent welcome from both Les and Christine. Well looked after. Great room. Fantastic breakfast. Ideal location to the Lakes and nearby towns and tourist attractions.
Les and Christine were lovely hosts. Nothing too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious. Would recommend to anyone going to Newby Bridge.
Hosts were very welcoming, with tea and scrummy homemade cake on arrival. They were happy to recommend local eateries and places to visit.
