I re-visited The Rothesay earlier this month for a stay lasting five nights. As on previous occasions I was welcomed by the owner and shown to my room which I found to be both warm and comfortable. There was a good selection of fresh fruit on the breakfast table as well as the usual cereals etc., A big plus was that I requested an item not genera

The host was welcoming with complimentary tea and cake (genoa?) and informative throughout our stay. The room, ( superior), was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with cereals, juice, fruit and cooked breakfast prepared to order, piping hot. An indoor heated swimming pool was available. The Rothesay is well placed for shopping, eating out, Highcliffe Castle and the beach.Overall very good value for money.

Trouble free again, nice room, fantastic breakfast, all to often thethought of a cooked breakfast out ways the taste, not the case at theWhite House - The staff were very freindly and welcoming. There were parking facilities behind the guest house. One room had a portable fridge. The rooms were all clean. Breakfast was excellent.
