All bookings are subject to a damage deposit of 250 GBP. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out once the accommodation has had a thorough inspection. Payments accepted are Visa or MasterCard, cash or bank transfer. The booker is required to pay using a 3D secure payment link if paying by card. If paying by bank transfer, the property will contact you upon booking to provide bank transfer details. 100% of the accommodation balance and the damage deposit is due on the date of the booking. A security deposit of GBP 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
