  The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The ensuite bathroom was very tastefully decorated, with very up to date fixtures, and the best shower we've experienced in England! The breakfast was good and the lattes were outstanding! - I liked the idea that the hotel was small and right in the heart of town.   Although I booked for a small double room I was given a three-bedroom cottage all to myself! The owner was welcoming and helpful. The evening meal was excellent quality. - Breathtaking views, peaceful, spacious, elegant and tasteful. One of the best we've ever stayed at.
