Everything about the Waterfoot was excellent.
I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.
There were two on reception and a further two in the restaurant who were able to chat in a way that was not patronising and this helps to the comfort of guests

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very central and the ideal place for a shopping and/or leisure trip. The hosts (Monica & Adrian) were very friendly and helpful. The house & the garden are absolutly lovely. It's not far away from Derry (by car) but totally quiet and perfect for relaxing & enjoying the beautiful environment. We enjoyed our stay very much!
