  I stayed with a group of friends at the above hotel and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was ideal providing a relaxed,warm and stress-free environment. The staff were most helpful and friendly. On both evenings we ate in the restaurant and on both occasions the food was delicious.   The friendliness of the staff. There was a mix up with my booking and it was cancelled by accident. The lady we dealt with, Teresa I think her name was,went out of her way to ensure that we were able to stay there the weekend. An excellent example of customer service!   The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is very central and the ideal place for a shopping and/or leisure trip. A+++ - Was a little apprehensive at earlier visitor feedback on food noise etc left prior to visit which was completely unfounded. Food and service in general was excellent, location very good and secure car park. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at very reasonable room rates.
