Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and
complimentary birthday patiserries. The bed was the most comfortable

have ever slept in and the pillows were just heaven. The bathroom was
excellent and the Penhalligon toiletries a real treat. If you are
looking for -
Class, sophistication and elegance.
The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble.
The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world.
The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb.
Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must.
Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.
The hotel is immaculate from top to bottom.

Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the
doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We
walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze. Delicious breakfast and excellent serving times - up until 12.00 noon on a Sunday - Bliss! Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.
