  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. The hotel décor was modern and clean and the room (superior double) was well furnished, comfortable and stylish. In terms of location, the hotel couldn't have been better. We visited the Shar
