La chambre était vraiment grande pour un lit doubleThe room was really big for a double bed which is rare in most hotels around this price. . The bed was big enough not to suffer from the heatwaves and very confortable. Our room had a view on the London Mews, which are very common in the neighborhood.

Polite staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The most impotent thing - really good location! There's beautiful Hyde Park next to a hotel, you can easy walk to Oxford street, Paddington underground station's in 5-minutes walk. I like this hotel, I'm going to stay here again :)

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)
