breakfasts were great and plenty of it. Rooms very clean and crisp white bedding. the front garden beautiful with all the flowers, time and effort gone into it. I would recommend

Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley. It is an ideal hotel for disabled persons who we noted were on lower floors with room for thier

This time we only stayed one night,the Proprieters where so helpful and
kind when we arrived.The room was very nice,clean and spacious,the

The owner, his wife and other staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to advise us on places to go, eat, etc.
The hotel was central to the town and away from the beach front which meant that it wasn't as busy or noisy as other hotels.
We particularly like LLandudno as it was full of independent shops, different from main towns.
