The kitchen was very well equipped, all the equipment you might need when cooking for yourself and a good selection of groceries was provided (more than promised in the details). Good quality towels and toiletries. The location was ideal, quiet, but very convenient for the centre. The owners were welcoming and very helpful. -

Jamal met us at the flat - very simple check in process. Having an allocated parking spot was fabulous. A bit of a walk to use the lift, but worth it with luggage. The location was fabulous - so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Also, close to Sainsbury. The apartment was not fancy, but it was comfy and clean. -

The apartment was superb, eberything a family would need. At this time of the year the heating was efficient and most welcome without any attention to settings from my point of view.

Spacious apartment with a comfortable sitting area and excellent kitchen. Easy to enter provided you read the email instructions and follow them. Has a lift. Excellent views of Minster. Very close to all of York's tourist attractions. Next door to a supermarket. -
Easy to find. Plenty of space. Well equipped. Gave more freedom than a hotel room.

Every whim catered for in these truly tasteful, well appointed apartments. I can only describe our stay as absolutely..... flippin..... fabulous. The staff were welcoming from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate. The extras (champagne, beers, gin, vodka, soft drinks, chocolates, fruit basket, food to make a cooked breakfast, fresh bread and much, much more) were excellent. The bed was both huge (queen size) and extremely comfy. There was nothing we wanted or needed that wasn't there. Even a dishwasher and washing machine! Perfect.
