This is the second time we have stayed at The Sanctuary House and was again fantastic, if not better. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms. Location is excellent - walking distance from 2 tube stations - Waterloo and Westminster. Fantastic location, right next to the eye so walking distance to Westminster, Trafalgar Square etc. Good restaurant on site but many places to eat (Italian, sushi, Mediterranean) across a range of prices right opposite hotel, plus a small supermarket. Family room was actually big enough for a family. 3 proper beds (2 singles and a double). 4 mugs in the room and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again! - I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.

it was so close to the tube station and within walking distance to alot of sights, i also liked that there was cooking facilities in the room - Convienient, great kitchen facilities, very cleaver use of space (fold up bed!)

Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!
