  Nice and calm small place. Perfect for a stay to sleep. Landlady was very nice. - Landlady was lovely - very friendly. Went out of her way to buy some veggie sausages for my breakfast. Let me store my bike out the back.

  I booked the Grampian as I travel a lot in my business and am fed up of cheap "Inn" type accommodation. I thought that the Hotel was exceptional Value for Money and kept to a very high standard. It had all the amenities I expected presented in a stylish and friendly fashion. I would have no reserve in recommending this Hotel to any of my friends o... τι λέει ο κόσμος » r colleagues - The owner is very friendly, we were going to be late for a wedding at a venue nearby so the owner gave us a lift. You don't get that personal touch from a hotel. Breakfast was very nice and the b&b has the best views across the Tay! Free parking and bus stop into town right outside. Was very easy to find. Very nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

  The hotel was warm and the staff welcoming. The room was spotless with everything in good working order.The food in the restaurant was excellent with a good choice of evening meals. The breakfast was first class and the breakfast waiting staff were extremely efficient and very cheerful.
