We enjoyed our stay and would go back any day. The location was perfect for us we could walk anyway we needed to go, even down to Westminster.   The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.
