All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

Location was very good - close to Victoria Station but very quiet. There was an excellent place for breakfast 100m from hotel. - Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and facilities. Look no further.....

Incredibly spacious double room (bigger than some studio flats) with a
very high standard of decor throughout - lots of marble and ceramic
tiles, a large bathroom and a shower so big you could hold a party in
it! Makes other hotels look cheap and shabby by comparison. And all for
£75 for the night. Unbelievable value. I saw one other reviewer

Everything about the apartment is perfect. They provide everything a
home away from home need for. The location is walking distance from
Victoria Station and very convenient. Being a Muslim, we were happy to
find an Asian store in Upper Tachbrook that sells halal meat and other
Asian sundries. A Tesco outlet is just 3 doors away from the Asian store
and this has given us an advantage of cooking in the evening.

We were very impressed with this hotel.
The hotel is very new, and running smoothly. Service from the front desk was exceptional as we were warmly welcomed and provided with a lot of information about where to go in Soho, and London for our weekend.

Excellent location in Soho, just south of Oxford St. (Shopping), east of
Charing Cross Rd. (Bookstores), and north of China Town (good food),
Liecester Square (half-price theater tickets), and a whole slew of West
End theaters.
Very helpful staff at Reception. They gave us good restaurant recommendations and booked us a Mercedes to Heathrow that cost less than a black cab. When I asked for more coffee and ultra pasteurized milk for the room, they loaded me up.

Friendly helpful staff. Everyone had a smile on their face and ready to provide assistance and information as required. We were offered an upgrade to a suite which included use of the executive lounge. This added to our enjoyment of the stay. - I really enjoyed the breakfast. The location of the hotel was great. Staff were very professional. Rooms

το ανετο δωματιο και το εστιατόριο - Μου φάνηκε εξαιρετικά σημαντικό το γεγονός πως όταν είδο υπάλληλος που μας μετέφερε τις βαλίτσες από την είσοδο ενημέρωσε τη reception πως έχουμε αρκετές αποσκευές με αποτέλεσμα να μας δώσουν άλλο δωμάτιο από το προγραμματισμένο χωρίς καμία δική μας όχληση.

We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from
executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely
spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The
kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store
basic meals. Tescos was only 5mins away which came in handy. 20 min wal

everything was close enough by. We didn't want to leave and will

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.
