Really central. Literally minutes from everything you would want to see. Apartment was well furnished and very comfortable. Brilliant apartment in very good location right in the centre of York, but still nice and quiet.
Very comfortable and good value, we would recommend to Friends and Family and visit again ourselves.

The staff were extremely helpful and suggested that we change our roomto meet my mother's needs (she'd hurt her foot at work and is scared oftravelling in lifts so we'd have needed to climb 6 floors to get to ourroom). ( i ordered every night of my stay). just in front of the river, i had the river veiw. it was great.

Great location in central York, also one of the only hotels that allow one-night only booknigs. The rooms were lovely, great bathrooms all newly refurbished and airy. I left my sat-nav on show in my car, they even phoned me while I was out to let me know and then went to my room found my car keys and got it out for me! Would definitely stay here ag

The people in the reception were very friendly. They allowed us to check in early. The room was clean and in perfect conditions. In fact, this hotel looks like a 4-5 stars hotel. The location was perfect, very central for the city's main attractions, especially the Minster and the railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and since the room was ready, they let us go upstairs and freshen up before sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the wall. It was within walking distance to everything and had free parking for our rental car. I can highly recommend Gregorian House.
