The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the besthotel that I've ever stayed at in London.

The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinental Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras

There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling
faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests.
Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable.

Great location for sight-seeing, welcoming comfortable attractive Hotel, family-friendly, my 7 year old says 'it's really tidy and nice'. V good cocktail bar and restaurant at Hotel, 'Caxton Grill'. Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London

I read a few negative reviews about Pestana London on letsbookhotel.com and on TripAdvisor. I'm not one for writing reviews but decided I should do this one. All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The bed... It was huge!!! The staff were also really friendly and veryhelpful. The hotel was situated in a great location, so easy to get toand lots of places to go and see within a few minutes walk! - The room was great! Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Outstanding location for visiting the center of the city. All in all I was thoroughly pleased.

It is an elegant hotel in a quiet but very nice district. It is very close to London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market, Shakespeare globe. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
