We were evacuated from hotel 4 am on our first night due to a fire in
one of the rooms. Not a nice experience but what I did like was the way
the staff managed to get everyone out of the hotel . They were
brilliant. They kept everyone informed on what was happening and when it
was apparent we were going to be a while getting back into hotel they
transferred us to a sister hotel in the centre of Liverpool.

The location is fantastic and right in the centre of Liverpool One giving easy access to the centre of Liverpool and also Albert Dock. The room is a good standard, although small compared with the Marriott. The beds are very comfortable though. The breakfast is about as good as it gets! A first class location, very friendly and helpful staff nothing to much

We both really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was basic but had
everything you'd want, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was
fantastic, we had to lye down after it ha ha. My wife is a coeliac and
the kitchen staff were great as they had ordered in gluten free bread
for her, she was delighted. The Day's Inn Liverpool is in a great
central location and we will definitely be staying again. The staff were
dead friendly too.

Also both my son and daughter forgot their toothbrushes and unfortunately there were no shops in the immediate vicinity to purchase these, but you graciously gave complimentary ones. - Thank you!

What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, great location and good value for money

For a budget hotel this was very good value the room was clean, a reasonable size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in a hotel. The staff were helpful. As someone who has stayed at an IBIS hotel before. I was aware of the quality of service and care that is demonstrated to customers. So I was not surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the local attractions, shopping centres and nightlife is also a big plus.I would throughly recommend the hotel to any fellow traveller.

The location was a stone's throw from the ACC and Echo Arena. I attended a conference and could come home for lunch. The Albert Dock is also very, very close. Tesco Metro is really close 5-7 mins walk away and there is a bigger Tesco for food supplies on Hanover St. about 10 mins away. Everything in Liverpool seemed walkable and the museums were g

Checking in was quick and easy, guy who served me was very helpful and polite.
Room was lovely and of a decent size: two double bedrooms (ours had a lovely view of River Mersey), one main bathroomm, one en suite and a large kitchen/diner/living room area again with great views of Mersey and Cathedral.
Right on Kings Dock, easy access to nightlife around Liverpool (which is why we booked). And great for spending time in Liverpool the following day.

with the Liverpool Philharmonic, go to museums around the dock area and,
inevitably, some shopping - this hotel was ideal for our purposes. 50%
of their restaurant meals was a bonus and the quality of breakfast and
evening meals was very acceptable. Room clean, good bathroom and bed -

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. Great Hotel, great location especially for concerts at the Echo arena, taxi fares from the Hotel are also very cheap so it's easy to get into the city centre at a reasonable price. Opposite the Hotel is a church, walk through the grounds and you come to a pub which you access via down steps, great food is served here, I would reccomend it to anyone
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . - Loved the fact that nothing was too much trouble. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.
