The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them.. The free car parking was a bonus in London, and the tube stations were close by...The buffet breakfast was very good, and we would have no hesitation about coming to this hotel again..H

Rooms are very good size and everything is very clean. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Good value for money!

Room was on the ground floor. Although it was a room for disabled there was no feeling of being in a room for people with special needs. In fact the room was large, the bed was comfortable and we would stay there again. The heating system didn't work but on mentioning it to reception an electric heater appeared within minutes. Excellent position and we enjoyed the walk up the high street.

Many services like 24 hrs roomservice, wide range of tv services like movies internet etc even in my language dutch, good gym, excellent staff, very friendly and quick service, very helpfull.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, just walking distance to several tube stations (Baker street, Marylebone, Paddingtone, Edgware Road), quiet in the night despite central location, spaceful perfectly for 2, alright for 3, self contained, reasonably-basically equipped kitchen. I loved this hotel. The staff is super professional and always with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious! Best continental breakfast I have ever come across in a London hotel - or anywhere really. Lunch and dinner also exceeded my expectations. Simply fantastic! Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.
