Excellent staff help, best hotel bed I have slept in, great (huge!) breakfast. Superb location, only five minutes walk from Victoria station. We could not have asked anything more. We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.

Excellent and beautifully decorated no-expense spared brand new small luxury hotel. They may only have been open a few weeks but they've hit the ground running thanks to the top quality experienced staff. Only stayed for 1 night in May but thought the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It's location in the centre of London is ideal, the quality of the staff training is excellent, the rooms and the personal feel to the hotel is perfect. The use of the curtesy Rolls Royce really topped off a superb stay.

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback.
