The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! First of all, I would like to say that I definitely would stay at the
Glasgow Grand Central Hotel when I return to this wonderful
city…especially since I travel by train. How convenient…the hotel is
attached to the station. The history of this property is wonderful to

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. There was a mistake with
the extras we had ordered and this was dealt with quickly with a
deduction taken off our bill. The bed was very comfortable and although

Its in the centre of evrywhere we wanted to go so great location. The apartments were fab - spacious, luxurious and and very modern. We are already planning for our next visit. - The location was ideal, close to bars, restaurants and main shopping centre. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

Everyone very helpful. Restaurant and staff superb. Could I suggest that "crisps or savouries" are available to purchase in Bar area. My sister and I relaxed in the bar at least an hour prior to lunch and wanted a packet of crisps, following our journey to Glasgow but nothing was available. - The hotel was fabulous with very friendly staff, the

The arrangement of the room was lovely. And, our room service dinner was spectacular. Equally, I held a meeting in the bar area and all worked to complete satisfaction. The rooms were of a luxurious standard and spotlessly clean. The breakfast selection was amazing and the plates and food were piping hot. This feels very much like a hotel from the right decade. It's very
modern, lots of design thoughts, rooms are small (container-sized, not a
coincidence) but they feel a lot bigger than they are due to the very
good design.
Rooms have music, mood lightning, lightning, blinds controlled by a remote. This is great fun for us that like new technology.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, check-in and check-out procedures are innvoative, yet very easy, the hotel itself is a design-masterpiece, the same goes to the rooms.
