The location of the apartment is excellent with Fantastic City views. I particularly liked the friendly welcome by Gerry. Spotless cleaning of bedrooms, Kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious apartment, good location. But we were moved to Pacific View apartments which did not have a lovely view of the river. After contacting the manager Gerry, we were delighted and surprised to be offered a 2 night stay free of charge to compensate. Excellent customer service.

the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. It was really clean and the room was very spacious, I would stay there again no problem. - very efficient booking in procedure and friendly staff. nice clean room and good breakfast in the morning

The apartments were excellent, centrally located, nice big rooms with en-suite, central heating. Would be excelent for a weekend self-catering break as full kitchen facilities!! When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

Great location, suited us as we were on a business trip and being so near the train station meant we could get to all our meetings. We were a bit worried when we booked it for two reasons. This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent the central location of the hotel let us wander around glasgow city centre with ease on our departure we were able to leave our luggage with reception until our taxi took us to the airport we will definitely be using this hotel again - We check
