All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless
in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed
and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your
reflection in the floor. We have stayed in many hotels in many countries

The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in
rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.

My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service,and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.
