The flat was spacious, comfortable, and in a wonderful location.....within walking distance to the West End and Prince's Street. Haymarket station is a five minute walk and bus stops even closer. -

We stayed at Simpson loan 24/7! Fantastic apartment! We loved it so much, that we booked with VIP apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. I am sure if there is any issue, he would be there to help out! Very good service!!! We (my husband and I) stayed in BB 3 nights. It was a very good experience. People here is very friendly and willing to help for anything. Our room is designed so amazing as Scotland style. It's also excellent with the price you pay. We strongly recommend visitors staying this beautiful and good -serviced BB.

This was our first trip to Edinburgh.
We were hoping to book a hotel closer to the city centre, but as ours was a last minute booking, we were limited for choice.

The price was nice and the sleep was good: these are main criteria for a good stay. The hotel itself is ugly, massive, chain-like, but people are okay, walking distance to town attractive, there is a park and a river road, so, I recommend this place!

Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it
made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had
preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large
supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of
restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and
John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so
that was great hospitality. If it were not fully booked, I'd have
