  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... τι λέει ο κόσμος » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room.   Everything regarding this apartment as perfect! From start to finish! Vey Nice Gentleman awaited our arrival which was 2am .. he showed us to our room and provided a brief tour of the apartment. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which was much larger then thought. The bedroom was totally separate and the lounge area had a sofa bed. Earls court tube was less than 5min away with lovely take away on way home - masala zone - so no need to cook if did not eat yet- just buy food and eat at home .
