I would happily stay here again at twice the price! - Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

  Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location. And the renovated bathroom was terrific.

  From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We were shown to our room which was perfect in every way spacious comfortable clean it ticked all the boxes. The breakfast catered for all tastes a buffet was available or a la carte The st... τι λέει ο κόσμος » aff were delightful so efficient replenishing and clearing away so everything ran like clockwork even the interaction between staff was lovely to obse - We stayed in the Arch on September 2013. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

  I'd never stayed at The Athenaeum before but I will be back. Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite. The room service was prompt and the rooms were very clean.The hotel is very conviniently located. I would not hesitate to come back in the future.
