The ambiance, look and feel of the place, the warm welcome and
friendlyness of staff. Amazing location, amazing staff. We'll

Perfect location for New Year, everything in walking distance, close to Trafalgar Square, easy access to Embankment for fireworks and New Year day parade passed front door...not to mention the hotel festivities, plenty going on in a stylish, refined way. We were only there 24 hours but thanks to location, facilities, easy relaxed feel of the hotel

Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door.
The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband
had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a
result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and

Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must.
Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.

Fabulous location, staff could not have been more helpful. The design is really cool, the rooms lovely and the roof top bar serves delicious value food and drinks - delicious food too.
Would recommend if you want a very lively, fabulously designed hotel in a great location.

Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy
a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa
treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. We were celebrating
our wedding anniversary during our stay when we arrived we were upgraded

I really liked everything. The staff from the first contact with the doorman to the receptionist and the waiters not forgetting room service were all excellent.
The room was very comfortable and the spa area just great. -
The reception staff were excellent and The Limo service is amazing . The bar is a fantastic space and feels great
