We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. Found the staff very welcoming and genuine. The room was more than accommodating for my night's stay (as I ran the half-marathon) the next day. I found the shower simply amazing.
My overall experience was fantastic and found the place less of a 'hostel' but more of a luxurious/en-suite/student accom/hotel type. -

Loved the whole atmosphere, very friendly,
It was basic but clean, we just needed a bed for the night, the staff are very helpful and will help you with where to go and what to see in Liverpool.

Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks

We came to Liverpool for a night out and the location of the Hotel could not of been better. Staff were very friendly and helpful, security of the hotel was outstanding. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay within the city centre. -

The whole experience from start to finish was great, staff were more than accommodating and the apartments just felt like your were at home. Fabulous layout, the images online doesn't do it justice.

the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

The hotel it's self was fab! Really modern and clean. The restaurant and bar facilities were brill and there was even a Wii to play on in reception. The room was very spacious and clean, big comfy bed and modern bathroom with power shower. There was also a Ipod docking station which we made good use of. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.
