I will definately be returing to this hotel and spa.

  i have syayed in a lot of hotels because of work, and this was the most comfortable clean and with very accomodating and friendly staff worth every penny - The stay got better the longer we were there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

  The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor.   My son (4 years old) and myself really enjoyed our stay in the park inn.. When we checked in we were giving a room on the 3rd floor when I went up I realised there was no bath in the room which for my son is essential so I asked at reception if we could be changed and they changed us to the 5th floor straight away which I was very grateful for.
