the room was quite the size I like and the bed was wonderful. i also liked that there was bath in the room, not just the shower - room and position and lobby

The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 24/7 reception and the locking of the doors at night made the place very safe in this particular part of Camden town.
Being a student lodge for the most part I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the building was at night and how clean it remained at all times.

I loved my small studio and the kitchen especially.
The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was great.
The managers are all young and very friendly, helped a lot when I had to prolong my stay.
The design is calm and I like that every room had a stacked book shelf with all kinds to choose from.
Location is perfect; right between 2 main northen line stations and the area is extremely colorful and vibrant.

Staff was outstanding in both hotel and at breakfast. Food was excellent. Large spotless bathroom. Great Bed. Hotel is in perfect central location for shopping, etc. Door man very helpful ever day. Very quiet room with few street sounds. We travel to london 4 times a year staying 3 to 5 days. This is first visit to Brown's hotel. We look for

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. The room service was impressive and the food the best I've ever tasted in a hotel.
