  On arriving at South Kensington tube station, we followed the directions towards Imperial College and after a straight forward check-in we were directed to our room which although small, was absolutely fine.   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor.   I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people
