everything. the city of liverpool is amazing and so are the people. mount pleasant was ideal for family. and liverpool fc won!!!!! - Location was good, and the appartments were excellant, the price was very cheap. Unbelievable value for money.

It was basic but clean, we just needed a bed for the night, the staff are very helpful and will help you with where to go and what to see in Liverpool.

Everything was absolutely first rate from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked..not long after an epic breakfast which on the face of it is free and so no complaints. I booked a bed in a dorm but upgraded to a Double for my friend and I ( 2 single bed hotel room with amazing shower and free shampoos too!. Totally worth it, and I've been to lots of places in europe were you pay alot more for less!!Thanks

We had a great weekend stay, hotel is lovely, food was excellent and staff were excellent. Would stay at the Feathers again.

The staff were helpful, room was nice, kitchen was fully equipped, perfect location, brilliant value for money, breakfast included in price, free computers/internet, stayed in 6 bed dorm and was very happy with the shared shower/toilet, towels provided, interior was not hostel like -more like a hotel, everything was great! -
we were a loud enough
... τι λέει ο κόσμος » bunch of lads playing loud music 90% of the time and didn't have one complaint from the extremely friendly staff. they didn't seem to mind us bringing home "strays" and they also met all of our requests (to an extent) and also they had no problem with us missing the check out time on our last day.

Found the staff very welcoming and genuine. The room was more than accommodating for my night's stay (as I ran the half-marathon) the next day. I found the shower simply amazing.
My overall experience was fantastic and found the place less of a 'hostel' but more of a luxurious/en-suite/student accom/hotel type. -
