I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!

  I found the staff very friendly and helpful on reception. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying.   Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away
