We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum
(just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful

Quiet room, clean and comfortable. Good check-in / check-out. - Friendliness of the staff, good size room, receptionist was able to help us choose a quieter room than specified and even offered another hotel if not happy.

On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc). Everything in the studio looked/felt new, from the linen to the kitchen ware and the studio was very comfortable; the kitchenette had all I felt necessary and there were water, sachets of intant coffee, various teas, instant chocolate and delicious biscuits which were replenished everyday.
The location is central and very near to the tube and Earl's Court Road but at the same time in a very calm neighbourhood, around a big garden. The Internet connection worked fine.
