We booked this hotel for a visit to the Chelsea Flower Show. The hotel
was very easy to find and only a short walk from South Kensington tube
station. Ideally positioned also for visiting the Natural History Museum
(just across the road). The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful

Arrived early at the hotel, not wanting to drag our bags around London before we could check in, asked if we could leave them there, “Not a problem Sir”, was the reply. This is the second time we have used this hotel. The location is good. A five minute walk from Gloucester Road tube and about a ten minute walk from South Kensington tube. The room was clean. We had requested a twin room but they had us in a double so they gave us a triple room which meant we had plenty of extra space in the room. They clearly had recently done some repairs to the room and so the walls were a little tired but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was warm, infac

Odd entrance but staff were excellent to us over our stay better than any other place that I have stayed. location was perfect for stay being just off the main roads but still quiet with minimal traffic noise. Would stay here again. - Although it was a slightly unusual set-up, I liked the anonymity of the place. It was just so convenient as well,

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

Conveniently located just off Hyde Park in a quite, beautiful side street. Grand townhouse with generous, clean, bright and modern apartment, and well equipped kitchen. Location was incredible. You could see Kensington Palace from the end of the street. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by. You could also walk to a number of museums, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Apartment wasn't spacious, but certainly enough room for the four of us.
