The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your reflection in the floor.   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing
