We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Excellent location for the tourist in London, close to galleries, theaters, shopping, events and sights. Relatively easy access from Heathrow. Reasonable prices. Good breakfast. - we were upgraded into a a fabulous suit at no extra cost.great location right near all the attractions excellent staff could not fault this hotel at all

Friendly staff who went out of his way to place us together which resulted in an upgrade. Booked months ago & got really good deal. Parking car for us was worth paying extra for. -

Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the
doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We
walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who
greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room. The

Seated at a table with everyone coming back and forth on either side, not good, asked to be moved to the bar, done with no fuss, lovely dinner and wine.

Με εξυπηρετούσαν σε ότι ζητούσα, από έκδοση εισιτηρίων για αξιοθέατα προκειμένου να μην χάνω χρόνο σε ουρές μέχρι ότι μπορείτε να φανταστείτε. Επίσης είναι σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και εξυπηρετεί τις μετακινήσεις αφού βρίσκετε και κοντά στους σταθμούς του μετρό - Η θέση του σε σχέση με τις διακινήσεις μας και το φαγητό του.

Everything - stylish hotel ,all mod cons and centrally located .Clean
bathroom with fantastic shower .Blinds and curtains give total blackout
so easy to sleep in - take an alarm if you need to get up
early.Convenient to shops,bars restaurants ,tube and St Paul's

My room was big,clean,quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual. That means alot. - The service was fantastic

All I can say is wow what an amazing hotel. It was absolutely spotless
in every area . The bedroom was not only huge but also very plush indeed
and the en-suite was outstanding - you could literally see your
reflection in the floor. We have stayed in many hotels in many countries

The gym, pool, sauna & steam room are all good & included in
rate we got. The staff were helpful & took time to help explain
there was engineering works on the district line & to use the
Metropolitan line from Aldgate to get to my destination Sunday morning.
Location is good for the east end of London as is only 5 mins walk from
Tower Bridge.

from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

My husband and I stayed at the South Place Hotel for a week's
vacation. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a
quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
There are a number of nearby pubs, and a Marks & Spencer across the
street if you require groceries.

The best hotel I stayed in throughout my entire europe trip! - --
Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)
