  Perfect location, very close to Trafalgar Square and picadilly Circus. Booked Deluxe room and were upgraded to Junior Suite. Biegest Hotel room I've ever seen in London! Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).

  The bed... It was huge!!! The staff were also really friendly and veryhelpful.   Everything, it was ecxellent esp view from my room. The staff where very friendly and helpful with everything we required. - The hotel staff were extremely helpful. One member of the reception staff in particular (male - did not catch his name) was very helpful and very welcoming.
