  Very good - The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was a nice size and very clean. Huge plus- the hotel was a minutes walk from the nearest tube station making it easy to navigate the city.   Very nice location literally directly across the street from Hyde Park and 1 minute from a tube stop. It felt like a safe location, even at night. The apartments are comfortable and there is a 24hr front desk that is helpful. I would stay here again but don't expect a late checkout but besides that we were very happy.

Helped with luggage up stairs and very helpful with directions etc. Staff in breakfast room also very friendly and would have made you anything. Breakfast lovely. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying. I would like to keep this the best-kept secret in the city but that wouldn't be fair to all the other travelers out there!
