Mo colleague and I stayed here to see a gig at Wembley. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and tidy. Despite what had been said neither of us had to queue for showers or toilets. Having stayed in many a hostel from Africa to America I can highly recommend this one. -

I likes the staff being very professiona and fully trained. I arrived quite early so they made sure that my room would be ready even before the normal check-in time so I managed to check in at 11 am already. It is a lovely location. We had a lovely warm welcome on arrival, our room was clean, warm and well equipped for our stay, its about 5 min walk from the bus, train and tube station. There's a friendly pub on route called the greyhound from the tube to the hotel which was nice to pop into for a night cap after a busy day of touring London.
